About Shaidajai

Hi! My name is Shaidajai, and I'm currently a student at Winston-Salem while while working in Finance. I'm dependable, patient, and passionate about helping others. I have over five years of caregiving and youth experience, including three years working with children and teens in general youth programs and two years supporting children with disabilities. Through these roles, I've developed strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to each individual's unique needs. I also have experience providing care and support for adults with disabilities. I strive to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment where those I care for feel respected, supported, and encouraged. Whether it's assisting with daily routines, helping with activities, or simply being a reliable and compassionate caregiver, I take pride in providing quality care that families can trust.
