We've had Savannah as a part-time nanny for two month and she is over at our home 15-20 hours a week. She has been a kind and diligent babysitter for my 3 young kids this summer. She is always on-time and manages the needs of their different ages well. She plays make-believe with them, does crafts, sings songs, gets them ready for naps, changes diapers, prepares meals and cleans up after each activity. She is communicative and asks questions to try and make sure she is doing things the way you want. We have been lucky to have her while I was recovering postpartum and the kids adore her.
