Hello! I started my childcare career babysitting for private families, before moving to daycares, before/after school programs and residential centers. I have always enjoyed guiding youth and helping them see the potential that they have within them. Youth deserve to treated with kindness and respect, and to be understood. I have attended many trainings about behaviors and to help teach youth about feelings, choices and consequences. I have primarily worked with ages 5-12, and have plenty of experience with toddlers and babies as well! All youth deserve multiple adults who see, teach and help them. I'll work alongside the youth when it comes to schoolwork, chores or consequences, being a positive example.
