Hello, I am seeking full - or part-time employment in childcare or senior care. I have extensive experience with running a household and am able to drive to and from appointments, school, or activities. I also love cooking and can help with meal prep. 
My experience with senior care began when I cared for my grandmother. I would cook her meals and take her to appointments, shopping, and errands. Since then, I have had senior clients at different stages in life. I've administered medication and shots and helped with personal care. 
On the childcare front, I've had several nanny positions with children of various ages, including newborns, toddlers, and school age kids and teens. I also have experience with kids with special needs and have helped newly delivered moms, caring not just for their newborns but making sure the moms are taken care of too.
About me: I was a full-time stay-at-home mother of two boys who are now grown and on their own. I Iive in Huntington Harbour.

We hired Sandra to watch our 3mo old and kept her on as our ½ time nanny for 3 months. She was early most days, easy to communicate with, kept up with the baby-related chores including washing our cloth diapers, was friendly, and always brought new books to read which I appreciated. She always got her down for a nap which was hard for us! Our needs are changing so we are bringing on someone who can go full-time but we will keep in touch with Sandra and hope she can still help us occasionally.

She plays, reads and teaches him new things. She has also helped foster his growth and development, exposing him to new people and places. Sandra is a Gem. She is currently caring for our two toddlers. With experience having raised boys herself, she is well equipped to care for all children. She is like a Mary Poppins, always equipped with something to do with the kids. She'll bring workbooks, activities and games to entertain the kids. Sandra has an uplifting nature to her where she motivates kids and instills confidence and happiness in them. As my son was starting off preschool and was having a hard time at first, she'll ask him about this day and help build him up for a "fantastic" day at school. She needs minimal guidance because she has worked with so many families long term. She is receptive to constructive feedback and works with parents for what parents want for their kids. Moreover, she helps keep home tidy and coming home after a 12 hours shift, I find this extremely helpful! Overall, she is an excellent nanny who will love and care for your kids like they're her own

Sandra is a gem. This was our first time hiring a nanny, and from the moment she walked in the door for our interview/to meet our son, Sandra put both my husband and I, and most importantly, our seven month old son, at ease. She has a lot of experience and references with other families and it definitely shows. She plays with our son all day and takes him on long walks and to play at the park. She has offered to bring flash cards to work with him on language skills, and she plays music, sings, reads to him, and chats with him throughout the day. Sandra is loving, patient, and kind with him when he has fussy moments throughout the day. She respects our opinions as parents and tries to follow our lead. We are very grateful to have found her and will be using her for babysitting even when we no longer need a nanny.

Sandra is a great babysitter, she is kind, personable, on-time and was wonderful with our children especially with our daughter who has Down syndrome. Anyone would be lucky to have her take care of their children 😊

Sandra has been a life saver for our family. She is a dedicated and a trustworthy caregiver. She cares for my son R. who was diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder). He is now three and half years old, non-verbal, but is now starting to say a few words. When R. was starting an early intervention autism program back in August, we needed someone after school so R. could continue his ABA services in home after school. I was trying to maximize his services instead of sending him to daycare right after school. I needed someone I could trust, and Sandra was the perfect fit! We live on a military base, and she needed to go through their background check to be able to gain access to the base, so not only does she have a background through care, but through the military facilities as well.
 
Sandra picks R. up from the bus, and watches him till we get home from 2pm to 5/530pm. His ABA therapy on some days is during the time she is there, and she supervises. She is eager to learn and assist in helping my son R. The days he doesn't have therapy Sandra walks him to the park. I would highly recommend Sandra as a caregiver/ Nanny. If you're looking for someone dependable, trustworthy, and to be a part of your family she is the perfect fit.
 

Sandra is awesome and she's exactly what my kids needed, I'm a single dad and she gives my kids what they need. They love her and and this is a first I've had other nanny's. She has been a blessing for my family. She is detailed and has a good work ethic and is willing to do more. Sandra is my life saver! We were lucky to hire her, my baby girl loves her. Sandra is energetic, caring and loving. 

Sandra worked for us as my son's nanny for about a year and a half. We were very sad to let her go since my son is starting preschool. She is an amazing nanny and mommy's helper. Hiring her was the best thing we could have done for my son, who is now 2 1/2 (she started with us right before he turned one). She was always punctual, is willing to be flexible with her schedule, and is dependable and responsible. She would take my son out for long walks, take him to different parks, go to the pool with him, read books, take him to gym and music classes. He was always happy. The preschool teachers last week mentioned that my son is very happy, well adjusted, helpful, and well spoken for his age; I credit much of that to Sandra. 

Not only do I feel like she cares for my son, she also cares for me and my husband! When I work late, I always come home to a nice warm meal. When she knows I'm stressed and busy, she'll tidy up the house and make sure I don't have to worry about things at home.

In sum, I can't say enough good things about Sandra; I can go on and on. She is more than hired help, she's become one of our family. Any family that hires her will be very lucky!

This woman is truly amazing.  She's on top of things, takes in many details quickly and with ease, and does everything with great cheer.  I just hired her for a recurring job, I have high standards and she has exceeded them.  I'm truly impressed with her ability.  She's timely and mindful.  Would not want to lose her. She's a part of our family!

Sandra was the main caregiver for my elderly mother-in-law for 1 year. Her duties included companionship, personal care, meal preparation, grocery shopping and housecleaning.
