About Sam

Caring for others has always come naturally to me. I'm a mom with 20 years of hands-on caregiving experience, and for the past three years I've also volunteered closely with adults with special needs and their families. I've learned that great care is about much more than helping with daily tasks. It's about building trust, listening, being patient, and helping someone feel valued and respected. I'm First Aid trained and happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, transportation, companionship, and everyday routines. I'm comfortable adapting to different needs and have experience supporting individuals with memory challenges and special needs. Communication with families is very important to me, and I'm happy to provide regular updates. In my spare time, I'm usually spending time with my family, or volunteering at church. I love being around people & I also enjoy getting out to the beach, cooking new recipes, and spending time at home with the people I love.
