I would describe myself as trustworthy, understanding, compassionate, and patient. I believe every senior deserves to feel valued, respected, heard, especially during a stage of life when loneliness, neglect, or disconnection may affect their well-being. I have approximately 5 years of hands-on caregiving experience, including caring for my late mother. My experience includes assisting with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, dressing, feeding, mobility , hygiene and safety. I have also provided care for hospice clients and supported them through end-of-life care with compassion, respect, and sensitivity. I am a non-smoker and do not consume alcohol. As part of my religious observance, I am unavailable to work from sundown Friday to sundown Saturday. My key caregiving skills include careful observation, maintaining client safety, patience, compassion, understanding, personal hygiene and treating every client with dignity and respect.
