About Ryan

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, curious, and kind. I like working with kids because they are our future. Often times social media shows such a harsh environment that kids are growing up in today. Rather than sitting aside with worries about the future of children, I'd rather directly engage with them instead. Kids have so much to bring to the table, and I want to pour into them just as I did to my siblings, nieces, and nephews. I started working with kids when I was 14. I shadowed in pediatric hospitals for all of my high school years and worked in the NICU as well. I have experience babysitting neighbors and family members as well. My biggest skill is patience. Working with children with chronic illnesses, learning disabilities, and behavioral issues has helped me learn the value of patience. Children need time and guidance before anything.
