About Ryan

I've always loved working with children but found my niché in kids with learning, emotional & behavioral disorders. I love making a difference, seeing potential/greatness being maximized. I love fostering fun and liveliness. I have the passion, capacity and capability to connect, communicate effectively. Prior work with children: I started as a 1:1 Aide in public schools, working closely with my students aiding in classwork, behavior and more. Then, I became a Teacher's Assistant where I taught & worked closely with children who have learning/behavioral disabilities. After that, I was a Program Assistant at a private school designed for individuals on the autism spectrum where I oversaw and worked closely with a small class of five 5th graders.
