Finding Roshat was truly one of the best things to happen to my family. She is one of a kind and has been the biggest blessing. Roshat started working as our nanny when my daughter was 9months old and is still a critical part of our village now that my daughter is 3 and beginning school. My daughter absolutely adores her, and so does our whole family, including our 10 year old son! Roshat is kind, warm, respectful and a beautiful human being. She has taught our daughter so much, and thanks in part to Roshat, our daughter is incredibly smart and verbal beyond her years. Roshat goes above and beyond, taking our daughter to activities, the library, parks, planning activities in the house and the most creative crafts, and reading dozens of books. She is reliable, trustworthy and always helps wherever she can. It is not easy to find someone you trust with your children, let alone someone who becomes a member of your family.
