100% recommend hiring Rose! She is absolutely wonderful! She has a bubbly personality that resonates with kids and clearly loves her job. Rose is in-tune with what your child needs and knows how to handle any fussing age-appropriately. On her First day she was able to get our, at the time, 17M old down for nap without issue! If she had any scheduling or timing issues, she communicated them promptly. We knew we only needed her help temporarily, but would have gladly kept working with her full-time if our circumstances were different! We’re keeping her number for babysitting and have already passed her info onto others for babysitting as well—cannot recommend Rose enough!
