I am no longer available due to an amazing family. Hello! My name is Robin. I am a 33-year-old Department of Early Education and Care Infant/toddler and preschool certified teacher. I have worked in child care centers and as a nanny. I definitely prefer the closer connections I am able to make when I'm a nanny. I have been caring for children for more than 10 years and have glowing references. I am looking for a job that will last multiple years. I would love to work for a family that is planning on having more kids so my time with my next family will last for many years. I am looking for a family that will welcome me into their lives. I am excited to get to know and become apart of a family.
Robin was our daughter’s nanny for over 2 years, since she was 14 months old until she started preschool. Robin is a wonderful nanny and the queen of toddlers. She is loving, caring, compassionate, kind, respectful, responsive and responsible. She speaks to children with respect, at their level, and is able to connect with them in a way that is truly amazing. As a nanny, Robin’s core values include manners, kindness, respect, empathy, body autonomy, and the belief that anything can be explained to a child without lying, as long as it is adjusted to their age. She always had activities planned for the day, both inside and outside the home, including crafts, science experiments, sensory activities, library outings, and tons of outdoors play. The library outings has helped our daughter develop a sense of community and connection, as they have gotten to know the staff and take part of ongoing play groups, while still benefiting from the one-on-one care of an attentive and engaged nanny. As an employee, Robin is punctual, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. She was always open to feedback and was willing to try new things and work as a team to make sure our daughter is happy and thriving. Robin has helped shape our daughter into an amazing little person, and has had a huge positive impacted on our entire family (including our pets!). We are forever grateful for the time she has spent with our family, and we hope to be fortunate enough to hire her again to care for our next child.
