I babysat for a family with 2 boys for the entire 2014-2015 scholastic year. I arrived at the house at 6:45 a.m. and got them on the bus at 8:30. My responsibilities included making their breakfast, making sure they got dressed and brushed their teeth, checking homework, and playing games. For the past 10 years, I have worked with hundreds of children through a non-profit theatrical organization in Westchester. The company operates a theater camp during the summer where I was a counselor for 6 years and then promoted to Program Director for 4 years. In my time there I have worked with children of all ages from 5 to 16. While a good portion of the day is theater related, we also spend a lot of time doing regular activities and being with the kids individually. In addition to my job at the camp, I also run after school theater programs year round at several elementary and middle schools around Westchester. I love working with kids and would be more than happy to help you out!
