About Roberta

Roberta provided in-home childcare for our daughter from the time she was five months old up until around her first birthday. As my maternity leave was ending, my husband and I were both anxious to find someone that we could trust to take care of our precious baby. From the moment we met Roberta, she radiated positive energy, and her interactions with our little one on that first meet up eased a lot of our anxiety. It was not a difficult decision to hire her. Throughout her time with us, Roberta was punctual, personable, and reliable. She was such a warm presence around our baby. Each morning, when Roberta arrived and parked in front of our home, our daughter would see her through the window and squeal with delight in anticipation of spending time together. This told us everything we needed to know: that our baby LOVED being in Roberta’s care and was happy to hang out with her daily. This was the most important thing we wanted for her, and we are so grateful for the relationship they formed. Roberta did daily music, play time, and even some basic baby sign with our daughter. There was no shortage of daily enrichment and one-on-one interaction to bolster our baby’s childhood development. She somehow got our baby to take consistent daytime naps independently, even when we struggled to do so ourselves. In addition, with this being our first child, we learned so many parenting tips and tricks from Roberta, who has a wealth of knowledge to share. We were extremely blessed to have found Roberta to care for our baby in her earliest, most dependent, and impressionable days. We grew to love her just as much as our baby did. We could go to work with peace of mind and full trust that our baby was loved and well-cared for. We would absolutely recommend Roberta without reservation to anyone looking for an amazing and loving caretaker to fit their family’s needs.
