Throughout my caregiving experience, I have assisted with mobility support, transportation, doctor's appointments, errands and social activities. I also cared for a senior with significant memory challenges, helping her maintain an active and engaging routine through mentally stimulating activities, regular outings with friends and participation in community events. I understand the importance of supporting both a senior's physical well-being and their sense of independence. I am patient, attentive, reliable and genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with the people I care for.
