About Reneiya

Hi there! My name is Reneiya, and I am an experienced early childhood educator with four years of professional experience in the childcare field. I have been working with children since the age of 16 and have developed a strong passion for supporting children's growth, development, and individual needs. I am currently pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Education while working toward becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). As the oldest of four siblings, caring for and working with children has been an important part of my life for many years. Through my experience in childcare, I have developed strong skills in classroom management, supervision, communication, and creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children. I especially enjoy getting to know each child as an individual and understanding how they learn, communicate, and develop in their own unique way. I would love the opportunity to be a help to your family !
