About Rebecca

Hi, I'm Rebecca! While I haven't had formal paid childcare experience yet, I've been caring for children for most of my life. I started helping with my nieces and nephews when my first nephew was born when I was 10. I have 15 nieces and nephews ranging from 15 years old to a newborn, so I've experienced many different stages of childhood. Recently, I've been watching my 2-year-old niece weekly, giving me even more hands-on experience with toddlers, including playtime, meals, routines, and keeping them safe and comfortable. I'm also a licensed cosmetologist and hairstylist, so I'm happy to help with the kids' hair when needed! Although my experience has primarily been through my family, caring for children is something I genuinely enjoy. I'm patient, dependable, responsible, and love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for kids. I'm excited to bring my experience and love for children into a professional childcare setting!
