About Raquel

Hi families! I'm a 4th-year medical student with a lifelong love for working with kids and am looking forward to spending some of my extra time babysitting and nannying! I've been babysitting since middle school and have experience caring for children of all ages. As the oldest daughter in my family, with two younger sisters and an older brother, I've grown up caring for my siblings, so looking after little ones has always been a big part of my life. I was a competitive swimmer growing up and also worked as a lifeguard and swim instructor, so I'm extremely comfortable around the water. I'm CPR/BLS certified, a confident swimmer, and a big animal lover! I'm always happy to be around furry family members, too. I love spending time with kids and finding fun ways to keep them entertained. I'm dependable, patient, and easygoing, and I always want children to feel comfortable, safe, and cared for.
