I recently had the pleasure of working with Rama during my surgery, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very beginning, Rama was incredibly prompt and reliable. We agreed on the date, and she made sure to stay in communication with me leading up to the procedure. On the day of the surgery, she arrived right on time and was attentive throughout the entire process. After the surgery, she did an excellent job transporting me from the hospital to the pharmacy and then back to my apartment. Her professionalism and kindness made all the difference in my recovery.
