About Rafael

Hi, I'm Rafael. I've worked as a Personal Care Assistant since 2023, and I currently care for my uncle 50 hours a week. I help him with meals, shopping, errands, and laundry while supporting his independence. Caring for family has taught me how much it means to know a loved one is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. I've also helped clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility aids, and daily routines. I monitor changes, document care, and promptly share concerns. Good care takes patience, attention, and respect for each person's dignity. I listen to families, follow their routines, and aim to bring them peace of mind. I'm available three days a week, flexible about which days, and prefer 10- to 12-hour shifts. I'd welcome the opportunity to learn about your loved one and how I can help your family.
