About Rachel

Hi! I'm a passionate and experienced early childhood educator with a Bachelor's degree in Education, a Maryland teaching certification, and several years of experience working with young children! As a Pre-K teacher, I have experience supporting children's social, emotional, behavioral, and developmental needs while creating a safe, loving, and engaging environment. I'm patient, dependable, nurturing, and very creative! I love planning hands-on activities, arts and crafts, outdoor adventures, reading, and making learning fun through play! I'm currently exploring opportunities to transition from classroom teaching into nannying or childcare, where I can provide more individualized attention and build meaningful connections with children and their families. My goal is always to help children feel safe, loved, supported, and excited to learn. I'd love the opportunity to become a trusted part of your family!
