About Racheal

I've been in the caregiving field since 2019, when I began helping my aunt with her care home while also caring for my dad during hospice. Those experiences sparked my passion for helping others and led me to build a career in healthcare. After graduating high school in 2020, I moved to the Clear Lake/Webster area and continued gaining experience in different healthcare settings. I've worked with dementia and Alzheimer's patients, in hospital patient dining services at Memorial Hermann, nursing homes, dietary services, assisted living, and memory care. I currently work in a brain injury and stroke rehabilitation facility. I'm CPR/AED and Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certified, and I became a CNA in 2025. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, dependable care and continuing to grow professionally. My next goal is to begin nursing school and continue my journey toward becoming a nurse.
