Qin (Grace) worked for us for three years and quickly became part of our family from the start. She cared for my youngest from birth through his toddler years, and she treated him as if he were her own—with love, care, and safety as a first priority. She also helped out with my older school aged children as well. She is trustworthy, punctual, kind, fun, creative, helpful, energetic, and though she is no longer with our family (we just didn't need extra help as my kids got older) my children still ask to visit her and she comes to the occasional family gathering because we all love her so much. Qin (Grace) would be an excellent caretaker or nanny for any family. We were so lucky to have her and we wish her the best with her future families.
