As a parent of a child with special needs, it was important to find someone I could trust. From the beginning, Qiana was patient, caring, and attentive with my daughter. She took the time to understand her needs, support her emotionally, and help her educationally by working with her on learning activities and keeping her engaged. My daughter connected with her quickly and felt safe and comfortable in her care. Qiana always kept me updated and handled everything with kindness and maturity.
