Ping was great to work with - we would hire her again in a heartbeat! She is also fluent in mandarin, which is a plus since I was hoping to get my baby more exposure with Chinese. She was on time and easy to work with and communicate with. My 10 month old is currently in the phase where he gets pretty cautious of strangers, but he warmed up to Ping pretty easy. Ping was also super helpful in washing the bottles and pump parts in the sink without me letting her know; she was proactive about it
