About Pauline

Hi! I'm Pauline a mom of four, childcare professional, snack negotiator, storybook reader, dance party champion, and finder of lost pacifiers and the occasional missing dinosaur. I have over 20 years of childcare experience as a nanny, infant teacher, and Pre-K teacher, but my heart has always belonged to infants. I love watching little ones grow and celebrating every milestone along the way. My youngest son has special needs, which has taught me patience, compassion, flexibility, and the importance of meeting every child where they are. Whether we're reading books, singing songs, doing tummy time, making crafts, playing outside, or having silly dance parties, my goal is for your child to feel safe, loved, and excited to learn. More than anything, I hope to become an extension of your family someone your children are excited to see and someone you can count on.
