About Pauline

Pauline is currently our nanny and she is absolutely wonderful. She has 15 years of experience and 7+ years with us, and is now looking for afternoon/evening work in the Maplewood and South Orange area, as we transition from full-time to part-time care. She is staying on board with us for the mornings and will be available after 1 pm. Pauline has been with us for more than 7 years and has become an integral member of our family, caring for and helping us raise all three of our children, including our 7 year old son and 4 year old daughter, as well as helping out a lot with our now 18 year old daughter. She has consistently demonstrated some of the best qualities parents look for in a caregiver. She is: Dependable, Loving and affectionate, Hardworking, An effect disciplinarian, Outgoing and friendly, Has a positive attitude, Proactive, A good communicator, Flexible, Has a good sense of humor, An excellent driver. Her duties have included getting our children ready in the morning, taking and picking them up from school, driving them to various activities, overseeing homework, coordinating play dates, doing their laundry and our grocery shopping as well as running small errands. She also provided lots of cuddles and hugs and handled temper tantrums and sibling arguments. And, she has taken on additional duties as various needs have arisen. We and our children love her very much and any family would be lucky to have her work with them.
