About Pauline

I have the pleasure of working alongside Pauline in my kindergarten classroom, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. Pauline consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every child feels supported, valued, and successful. She has an incredible ability to build authentic relationships with each child and truly understands that every learner is different. Pauline has an amazing repertoire of tools, strategies, and a wonderful instinct for knowing what each child needs in the moment. She is patient, nurturing, creative, and incredibly attentive, and she brings such a positive energy to our classroom each day. She also has an exceptional rapport with families. She communicates with warmth and professionalism and makes families feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. It is clear that building meaningful relationships - with both children and their families - is something that comes naturally to her. Pauline is the kind of person you feel incredibly lucky to have in a classroom, and any family would be lucky to have her caring for their children. She is dependable, thoughtful, talented, and truly exceptional at what she does.
