During this extensive career in nursing, I actively developed and applied my expertise across various settings. Compassionate care was at the heart of my approach, whether assisting individuals in group homes, providing private duty nursing in homes or facilities, or tailoring care plans for individuals with cognitive and developmental challenges. My hands-on experience was complemented by a commitment to fostering independence and dignity in my patients, while simultaneously ensuring their safety and well-being. This foundation of patient-centered care naturally transitioned into broader roles, across various nursing specialties. My services include: bathing, light meal preparation , feeding , dish washing & laundry, medication administration & reminders when needed, taking clients to doctors appointments or outings, assisting in following exercise routines that client does, companionship, errands . CPR & BLS Certified, errands, working with clients that have walkers & wheelchairs.
