I have 15 years experience providing exceptional elder care from the heart . I help elders stay stronger, live at home longer and lead more independent lives. I am dedicated, dependable and honest. My all-encompassing work honors the unique interests and needs of each elder. I am a very hands on caregiver. I enjoy planning and making healthy meals, giving showers, grooming, light cleaning, shopping, running errands, caring for pets, giving meds, and warm social engagement. My approach is compassionate, creative and holistic with trainings in natural medicine, yoga and massage therapy. In addition to decades of well being services, my M. A. in Counseling Psychology with a one year internship with seniors boosts my therapeutic and professional skills. I focus on drawing out the strengths of each client, helping people rebound from health challenges and promoting well-being and happiness.
