I understand that every child is different, and I always try to provide care based on each child's individual needs and personality. I also have experience caring for children with special needs. I understand the importance of patience, compassion, consistency, and close attention. I treat every child with kindness and respect and do my best to create a calm, safe, and positive environment. For me, caregiving is more than just a job. I truly care about the people I look after, and I give my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, valued, and cared for.
