About Otilda

Hello! I am a PhD student and living in Carrboro. I moved to Carolina a year ago. I am originally from Wyoming and come from a big family, meaning I have been changing diapers since the age of 6. Most importantly, I LOVE kids. I love kids because they bring more life into your day to day and have such creative ideas! I did not grow up with a TV so I mostly plan hands on small crafts or play or outside activities. I have experience from all ages as I have been watching kids professionally for the last 6 years. Most of my experience is with ages 0-10 although I have sporadically watched and volunteered for tutoring teens. I spent a summer with a family of three little girls ages 1, 3 and 7 covering meals, bedtime and commute. I also spent many afternoons and nights with a family of two, a 10-year-old boy and 14-year-old girl.
