Olivia is kind, communicative, on time (or early!), sweet and connected well with both our kids who are VERY different from one another: a fairly mature and artsy 12 year old girl, and a more reserved, sporty 10 year old boy. She even handled our hyper (but sweet) dog with grace! Absolutely recommend her without reservation.
