I have over 6. 5 years of caregiving and childcare experience, supporting individuals across a wide range of daily needs. My background includes personal care, meal preparation, companionship, errands, mobility support, safety monitoring, and maintaining a clean, calm home environment. I'm patient, gentle, and very detail-oriented. Care has always been part of my life, my mom was a nurse for the elderly, so I grew up learning how to treat people with dignity, respect, and compassion. I'm currently a Psychology major with a Nutrition minor, which helps me understand emotional well-being, cognitive needs, and the importance of nourishing meals and routines.
