Hi! I'm Nicole. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and professional experience working with older adults, and caregiving is something I truly enjoy. I'm warm, patient, dependable, and I value getting to know the person behind the care needs. I have specialized training in dementia care and habilitation, personal care, and safe transfers and mobility. I'm also CPR and First Aid certified. I love connecting with seniors through conversation, music, activities, walks, games, and especially hearing their life stories. I believe mental and social engagement is just as important as physical safety. When I care for someone, I focus on their whole well-being - safety, comfort, dignity, mental health, and quality of life. I take time to learn each person's routines, preferences, and what makes them feel at ease. My goal is for your loved one to feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for, and for your family to have peace of mind.
