About Nicole

I have over 16 years of childcare experience with children from infancy through the teenage years, including 12 years as a Lead Teacher in toddler, Preschool, and TK classrooms. I have coursework in Early Childhood Education/Development, am First Aid/CPR certified, and have completed RIE training. My classroom experience has allowed me to work whvvvith a wide range of personalities, behaviors, and developmental needs. I'm experienced in de-escalation, positive redirection, emotional regulation, potty training, emergent curriculum, and STEM learning. I'm patient, nurturing, dependable, calm, and creative, and love helping children learn and grow. I respect each family's parenting style and follow their lead with routines, rules, and expectations. I'm comfortable with multiple children, driving, travel, swimming supervision, pets, and child-related light housekeeping.
