Hi! I'm Nicole - a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with over 4 years of childcare experience working in schools and private settings. I've worked at YMCA Silver Lakes Elementary, Fisher Island as a substitute teacher, and as a mentor at Minds of Tomorrow, helping kids grow through creativity and positive guidance. With a year and a half of RBT experience, I specialize in supporting children with special needs, building communication, and encouraging independence. I'm patient, responsible, and passionate about creating a safe, fun, and supportive space where kids can learn and thrive.
