About Nerlande

Hello! My name is Nerlande. I am a Certified Nurse Assistant with hands-on experience caring for infants and young children. I helped raise my nieces and nephews from newborn to school age, so I am very comfortable with bottles, diaper changes, nap routines, soothing, and keeping babies on schedule. My CNA background gives me strong safety awareness, patience, and reliability. I am calm, gentle, and always attentive. I enjoy doing crafts, reading, and simple learning activities with toddlers and preschoolers.
