Experienced with care of adults 80+ yrs old with mild dementia for more than 2 years in their home: 1) Assists with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing and grooming. 2) Cooks and prepares meals and makes sure to eat proper meals each day 3) Prepares medication every week and administers medications daily 4) Assist with mobility like exercising, walking 5) Provides transportation to doctor's appointment and medication pick up 6) Maintains a clean and safe environment by doing light housekeeping tasks 7) Provides companionship and engages in social activities like meeting friends, attending parties, church activities and shopping 8) Reports any conditions/needs to immediate family 9) Stays/visits in the hospital if there is a need when hospitalized 10) Keeps track of schedules and salary of other fellow caregivers I am fully COVID VACCINATED and a non-smoker. I am willing to do background check.
