My name is Neidea. I am a Senior Caregiver, with a Caregiver for the Elderly course completed in Brazil, and I have 7 years of experience providing care to elderly people at home and in hospitals. I am a loving, committed, and attentive person, offering compassionate, humanized care focused on safety, comfort, and well-being. I have experience with daily care routines, respecting each person's individuality, and working responsibly with both the family and the healthcare team. I also have experience with night shifts, ensuring continuous support and care throughout the night. My experience in the hospital environment strengthened my organization and attention to detail in situations that require extra care. At home, I learned how to build trust, maintain a routine that promotes comfort and dignity, and provide support whenever needed--always working to preserve the elderly person's autonomy whenever possible.
