Neddra seems very reliable. I asked her to arrive at 6:45 am because I had an important meeting to go to, and she arrived on time. She was also flexible, and was willing to stay an extra hour longer. She asked the kids what activities they wanted to do, and then did them. This included going to the playground and to the gym in our building.
