About Necol

Hi, I'm Necol. I've always loved working with children and take pride in creating a safe, nurturing environment where they feel comfortable and supported. My childcare experience includes infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. Whether it's preparing bottles, following nap and bedtime routines, helping with homework, reading, or planning fun activities, I enjoy adapting to each child's personality, interests, and needs. I'm patient, dependable, attentive, and respectful of each family's parenting style and routines. I also have experience with household assistance and am happy to help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and keeping children's spaces organized. Above all, I value building genuine, lasting relationships with families. My goal is to be someone children look forward to spending time with and parents feel confident trusting with their little ones. Please note: All photos featuring children on my profile were shared with prior parental permission.
