About Nativity

Hey there! I'm Nativity and I am a 20-year-old mother to a wonderful 1-year-old boy with a love for caregiving. I love working with children and I started off babysitting years ago for family and family friends at the age of 14, and over the past few years ive gained experience in caring for little ones both professionally in childcare centers and as a mother with the opportunity to work with children from infancy through preschool age as well as those with special needs. I am CPR/First Aid certified. I believe that children learn best when they're actively involved in the world around them so my approach is heavily centered around hands on learning, exploration and independence. I do a lot of reading, crafting and playing outdoors. In my house we prefer little to no screen time. I'm currently in school working towards my goal of becoming a nurse and this would be perfect for me to balance work and home life while still doing what I love.
