About Natalya

Hi! My name is Natalya, and I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician, where I provide one-on-one support to children and help them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. Working with children is something I truly enjoy. In addition to my professional experience, I have many years of babysitting and childcare experience with children of various ages. I have helped with meal prep, homework, bedtime routines, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and creating fun, engaging experiences for children while their parents are away. My work as an RBT has also given me experience supporting children with different learning styles, developmental needs, and behaviors. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, caring, and easy to communicate with. I strive to create a safe, positive, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and parents have peace of mind knowing their children are in good hands.
