About Natalie

Hi families! I'm Natalie, a caring, energetic, and dependable caregiver with experience working with children ages 3 months to 12 years! I graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and am currently pursuing my Master's in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. Beyond nannying, I've worked in elementary schools supporting children's social-emotional development and taught adaptive surfing to children with autism. My background has given me a deeper understanding of child development, emotional regulation, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment. I'm happy to help with meals, transportation, appointments, homework, activities, and daily routines. I pride myself on being patient, attentive, and adaptable while making children feel safe, heard, and supported. My goal is to make parents' lives easier while being someone their children genuinely look forward to seeing!
