About Natalie

For me, the best part of any day is when a little one lights up to show me something they built, drew, or figured out on their own. I'm Natalie - a San Francisco-based career nanny, family assistant, and household manager - and after 15+ years, I still love this work. I care for children of every age, from newborns to teens (including neurodivergent kids), with a warm, Montessori- and RIE-inspired approach. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, exploring outside, tackling homework, or winding down for bed, I keep consistent routines that help kids feel secure, capable, and truly seen. I'm comfortable as sole charge or as part of your household team. Parents also trust me to keep things safe: I'm First Aid & CPR certified with food-allergy and EpiPen experience, and glad to help the household run smoothly.
