My passion lies in fostering the well-being and independence of adults, allowing me to positively impact their lives and provide families with reliable care. I strive to create a calm, comfortable environment for each individual, encouraging independence and building trust through getting to know them and understanding their needs. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly, and I adapt to changing routines and handle any confusion or agitation with care. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Although I am new to caregiving professionally, I look forward to bringing my dedication and empathy to your family.
