caring for people with special needs when I was younger I had a few friends in school that were handicap-able. So I learned at a young age every one needs support . One thing I would like to share here is that am best at unfitting people. In my spare time, I like to cook , go to plays . Yoga, Body Combat(fast pace movement) exercises. Somethings offered at the gym. I like being outdoors occasionally I will hike in the mountains. I do a lot of walking outside. I assist with medication reminder, meal preparation, run errands, transport to appointments. Help with day to day activities of life. With my skills, am able to give your loved ones the best care.
