I've loved working with children for over 13 years, and helping them learn and grow. That passion is what inspired me to pursue a career in child development. Through my experince as a Certified Behaviorial Technician, I've developed the skills to confidently support children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, anxiety, and challenging behaviors using patience, compassion, and evidence-based strategies. I believe every child learns differently, and I love finding creative ways to help them succeed. My goal is to always create a fun, safe, and supportive environment where children feel encouraged to be themselves. I value open communication with parents and am happy to follow your family's routines and parenting style. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, reliable, and genuinely invested in helping every child I care for thrive.
