About Nadalee

I'd describe my personality as patient, goofy and, responsible. I like working with kids because its a special privilege to keep them safe as they explore, learn and grow into independent individuals in a joyful environment. I'm looking for a job that provides a schedule with clear expectations of my duties to both the children and parents. I started working with kids when I entered the child development technical program in my freshman year of high school. Which provided me with opportunities for hands on learning through internships. My last employer was a childcare facility which I left on good terms with. In my spare time, I enjoy reading. I like creative activities such as drawing, painting or sculpting with clay. I also like to listen to music and play games. One thing you should know about me is I am the oldest child to 5 younger siblings. I work well in chaos and remain calm in stressful situations. My top childcare skills include patience, flexibility and organization.
