About Mya

Hi there, 25-year-old stay at home mom turned single mom here. In high school I took Medical Sciences and CNA classes. While I have not gone back for my CNA. I have been working with the elderly since I was 17 years old. I worked in an assisted living home for 6 months. Before that, I spent my high school summers in another facility for those with dementia. So I have plenty of experience paid and not paid. This is really something that I have passion for. I find the stages of life to be so fascinating. I love to look at residents old pictures and hear their life stories. It just brings me so much joy to see their faces light up when I do something so simple for them. I cannot administer any shots. However I am good with instructions. Meal prep, light housekeeping or just keeping them company. I'm for it! Give me a holler, I'd love to meet you and/or your family member :)
